Aque Investment Group traces its beginnings back to the early 1990s, when Charles Aque made his first Texas commercial real estate investment in San Antonio with the acquisition of Woodlake Plaza, a 54,000 square foot multi-tenant office building. Today, Aque Investment Group owns and operates approximately 1.15 million square feet of multi-tenant office space in two Texas cities — Houston and Dallas — with a combined estimated value of over $150 million.

Aque Investment Group is dedicated to purchasing office properties with value-add potential that are in need of strong marketing efforts as well as cosmetic and aesthetic improvements. Our goal is to increase occupancy to 90 percent or greater and to increase rental income, thereby achieving an average 15-30 percent internal rate of return on our investments.            

Our management and leasing teams strive to provide excellent service to our tenants and ensure that our properties become an asset to the community.
