As Leasing Specialist for Aque Investment Group, Chris focuses on project leasing, as well as developing and implementing new marketing concepts. He markets a portfolio of approximately 650,000 square feet of office space in various submarkets throughout Houston, handling all aspects of the lease transaction.

Chris graduated from Sam Houston State University with a Bachelors of Business Administration. Prior to joining Aque Investment Group, Chris spent nine years in residential real estate working as an Operations Manager and Project Manager, managing the sales, construction and warranty process for various national and regional home builders.
