As Director of Operations for Aque’s Houston office, Julia brings more than seven years of commercial property management experience to the team. Julia has established herself as a strong leader with extensive management abilities. Clients value her demonstrated record for anticipating problems and finding solutions quickly and efficiently. She is a self-starting, results-oriented individual who is motivated toward achieving the highest performance standards.

Prior to joining Aque Investment Group, Julia worked as a Senior Property Manager for Caldwell Companies. Before that, Julia was a Property Administrator with Kennedy Wilson Property Services.

Julia is an active member of the Building Owners & Managers Association.
