As Director of Leasing & Marketing for Aque Investment Group, Sheryl focuses on new property acquisitions and project leasing, as well as developing and implementing new marketing concepts. She markets a portfolio of approximately 650,000 square feet of office space in various submarkets throughout Houston, handling all aspects of the lease transaction.

Sheryl graduated magna cum laude from the Mays Graduate School of Business at Texas A&M University with a Masters degree in Land Economics and Real Estate. Prior to joining Aque Investment Group, Sheryl was the Senior Leasing Manager for Caldwell Companies. Her experience also includes analyzing development projects as a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers' Real Estate Advisory Team.

Sheryl is a member of the Society of Texas A&M Real Estate Professionals and is working toward her Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.
