As Director of Leasing for Aque Investment Group, Sheryl oversees project leasing and assists with new property acquisitions. She leads a team of leasing representatives that cover a portfolio of approximately 1.15 million square feet of office space in various markets throughout Texas.

Sheryl graduated magna cum laude from the Mays Graduate School of Business at Texas A&M University with a Masters degree in Land Economics and Real Estate. Prior to joining Aque Investment Group, Sheryl was the Senior Leasing Manager for Caldwell Companies. Her experience also includes analyzing development projects as a member of PricewaterhouseCoopers' Real Estate Advisory Team.

Sheryl is a member of the Society of Texas A&M Real Estate Professionals and is working toward her Certified Commercial Investment Member designation.
